First City Bank is a new community-focused institution relocating an existing Georgia charter to Alpharetta. It will serve North Fulton with personal service, local decision-making, and modern digital banking built for a growing regional economy.

North Fulton is one of the strongest economic corridors in Georgia. Growth, business density, and high-income households create sustained demand for responsive banking. Yet only one locally headquartered bank remains. Large institutions offer technology, but personal service and local decisions have disappeared.
This bank fills that gap by focusing on three needs:

The bank exists to restore personal banking to a market that has grown rapidly while most local institutions have consolidated. Our team believes the area needs a locally led bank offering strong governance, conservative operations, and direct access to experienced bankers.
Our Leadership
The founders and proposed directors bring decades of experience across banking, finance, real estate, commercial lending, entrepreneurship, public service, and community leadership. Their combined backgrounds include executive banking roles, corporate finance, development, board leadership, technology, healthcare operations, and professional services.
The Board includes founders with backgrounds in banking, commercial real estate, residential development, accounting, law, private equity, financial services, healthcare leadership, hospitality, technology, and charitable organizations. All members have meaningful ties within North Fulton and surrounding communities.
