Brian Patton is Principal of Brian Patton Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage and investment company founded in 2005. He holds a landscape architecture degree with an emphasis in land planning from Mississippi State University and a commercial real estate designation from the CCIM institute. He has former stints as Zoning Administrator for the City of Alpharetta and Planning Director for the City of Lilburn. He is also a published author, educator, and media contributor on real estate investment strategies, with his works incorporated into multiple university curricula. His leadership extends as a former board member of Downtown Alpharetta Business Association and a founding board member of the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce. Brian also actively enjoys the outdoors with his grandchildren and playing trumpet and flugel in his church orchestra.
