J. David Chatham is President and CEO of Chatham Neighborhoods, LLC, a real estate development and homebuilding firm in Georgia. Mr. Chatham is also a partner in several Keller Williams agencies across the country. He formerly served on the Boards of Directors of CoreLogic (NYSE:CLGX), First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), and First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ:FA).
Mr. Chatham is also a past president of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and was a Board Member for both the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce as well as the State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs. He is a Trustee Emeritus of the University of Georgia Foundation and is a former Trustee of Kings Ridge Christian School. Mr. Chatham holds a BBA from the University of Georgia with a major in real estate and urban development. He was recently inducted into the Home Builders Association of Georgia Hall of Fame.
