Bob Koncerak is a proposed director and the proposed CEO of the Bank. Bob’s professional career spans more than 40 years across corporate finance, banking and the capital markets. Since 2010, Bob has completed several executive engagements as managing partner of BankForward Consulting, LLC. Most recently, Bob served in a strategic engagement as Chief Financial Officer for Community Bankshares, Inc. headquartered in Georgia. Throughout his career, Bob has worked at several financial institutions in various executive capacities, primarily responsible for strategic planning, business development, financial management, turnaround work and business model optimization. Bob serves on the Audit Committee for Fulton County, Georgia, and is an Advisory Board member for the Black School of Business at the Pennsylvania State University. Bob Koncerak's 2012 book, The Most Fun I Never Want To Have Again - A Midlife Crisis in Community Banking, was an American Banker best-seller in 2013 and 2014. Bob has been a member of the Rotary Club of Alpharetta since 2014, and has led service projects in Arusha, Tanzania and Pelotas, R.S., Brazil.
