Kerry Coker has served as a board member of a portfolio company for Dominus Capital, a New York based private equity firm from 2018 through 2021. Mr Coker is a co-founder / owner of The Kamado Joe Company as well as Chief Financial officer from 2008 through 2018. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mr Coker held corporate financial leadership positions with Siemens Energy and Automation, Siemens Power, and Westinghouse Electric Corporation (1989 – 2007). Mr Coker holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from The University of North Alabama (1989), and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Central Florida (1997). Mr Coker is a supporter of several charitable organizations in the local area.
