John Holman is CEO of Chase Capital Holdings, LLC and has been a commercial lender since 2003. Mr. Holman earned a B.S. from Emory University, and an M.B.A. Georgia State University. During the period from 2001 thru 2010, while with HomeVestors of America, Inc. (the “We Buy Ugly Houses” company), Mr. Holman bought and resold over 650 houses in the metro Atlanta area. Since 2003, Mr. Holman has made over 4,000 asset-based real estate loans in the Southeast. Mr. Holman is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and assists with building houses.
